RE: Skrillex Becomes Latest Musician To Be Sued For Copyright Infringement
October 31, 2013 – Skrillex (Sonny Moore) is getting sued for copyright infringement for 2010 release “Kill Everybody” that was on his EP “Scary Monsters And Nice Sprites” because of an unauthorized sample.
Skrillex denies these claims towards this. this suit is being brought by 28 old graphic designer Ted Williams from Austin, Texas. Ted said “knowingly used material that had originally been produced by the claimant”.
